When Candlewood Suites wanted to update their properties throughout the U.S., they turned to Wise Commercial Contracting to handle the renovation.

The renovation included new paint colors in the lobby and hallways. We removed the wall-to-wall carpeting from each of the suites and installed wood flooring in the kitchen and new carpeting in the living areas.

We coordinated our painting and carpet crews to complete the renovations with very little noticeable disruption to the guests and staff of Candlewood Suites.
